DESCRIPTION:Course Highlights\nThe Eugene Marathon course is one of the most historically meaningful routes in American distance running. Starting and finishing at Hayward Field on Agate Street\, the course sends runners through the University of Oregon’s iconic neighborhoods\, south along E Amazon to Frank Kinney Park\, and back through the university campus before joining the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Path System along the Willamette River. The half marathon loops west in Alton Baker Park before returning to Hayward Field for a finish 200m on the track. Marathoners extend into Springfield before the triumphant track finish. \nRace Details\nThe 2027 Eugene Marathon weekend takes place April 23-25\, 2027. The event sold out in both 2024 and 2025\, making early registration essential. In addition to the marathon and half marathon\, the Eugene 5K and Kids Duck Dash round out the weekend.
